Join us for our 2nd Annual Mother's Day "A Day On Broadway" event, featuring the new family drama / comedy "Purpose." It's the latest production from Tony Award-winning playwright Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, directed by the two-time Tony Award-winner Phylicia Rashad.
PURPOSE is an epic family drama about the influential Jasper family, a pillar of Black American Politics: civil rights leaders, pastors and congressmen. But like all families, there are cracks and secrets just under the surface. When the youngest son Nazareth returns home with an uninvited friend the family is forced into a reckoning.
Celebrate the women in your life, or yourself with an orchestra seat at the Saturday May 10th matinee of "Purpose," followed by a family-style dinner at a Theater District restaurant.
The cost for this "A Day On Broadway" outing is $249 per person. A $129 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due on April 10, 2025.
